Overview

These terms apply when you use https://scoptanalytics.com (the "site"), which is operated by SCOPT Analytics Private Limited ("we", "us"). We published this page on 10 October 2026.

Please read these terms before you use the site. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Paid work, pilots, and other engagements are not formed by using the site. Those are covered by a separate proposal, statement of work, or contract.

Using the site

You may use the site to learn about our consulting, analytics, and digital services, and to contact us.

You agree to use the site only for a lawful purpose, and not in a way that interrupts the site or harms other people. In particular, do not:

  • Try to gain access to parts of the site, or to our systems, that are not meant for you
  • Probe, scan, or test the site for a weakness, except where we have agreed to a security test in writing
  • Copy the site in bulk, or use automated tools to harvest content or contact details
  • Send malware, or upload anything that you do not have the right to share
  • Pretend to be someone else, or misstate your connection with a company

We may suspend or block access if we believe the site is being misused.

Information on this site

The site is for general information. It describes how we work and the kinds of problems we help with. It is not professional, financial, legal, or technical advice, and it is not a substitute for advice about your own situation.

We take care to keep the site accurate and current. We do not warrant that it is complete, or that it will suit a particular purpose. Product names, logos, and brands on the site belong to their owners and are used for identification only.

Case studies and examples describe particular engagements. Results depend on the client, the data, and the scope of work. They are not a promise of the same result for you.

Your inquiries

If you write to us or fill in a form, please give information that is accurate. We use it to reply and, if you ask us to, to discuss a possible engagement.

How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Sending an inquiry does not oblige either of us to start work, and it does not by itself create a confidential relationship. If you want a non-disclosure agreement before you share sensitive information, see our NDA Policy.

Client work

When we work together, the proposal or contract we both sign sets the scope, fees, timeline, and responsibilities. If that contract conflicts with these website terms, the contract applies to the work.

We start work when both sides have agreed the scope in writing. A conversation, a meeting, or a page on this site is not that agreement.

Our content

We own the text, graphics, and layout of this site, or we use them with permission. You may read them, share a link, and quote a short passage with credit to SCOPT Analytics.

You may not copy the site, or a substantial part of it, for your own commercial use without our written permission.

Other websites

The site may link to websites we do not operate. We are not responsible for those sites, or for what they do with information you give them.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss that comes from using the site, from being unable to use it, or from relying on general information published on it.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, including liability for fraud.

Changes

We may change these terms. When we do, we update the date at the top of this page. The new terms apply from the time they are published. Please check this page from time to time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, have jurisdiction over disputes about use of the site.
