Ashok Kumar is a seasoned Supply Chain professional with over three decades of experience leading multinational FMCG supply chains. Expertise in Strategic & Operational Planning (S&OP), Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Logistics, and Warehousing. Ashok has held various leadership positions in Supply Chain across top CPG companies in India including Reckitt Benckiser, Sony Music, PepsiCo and Britannia. Ashok’s last role till Feb ‘24 was Head of Supply chain for Britannia Industries Ltd, No 1 Food & Beverage Company in India. Prior to Britannia he was Director Supply Chain for PepsiCo India from 2004 for Foods and from 2012 for Beverages Division. Founding member of the CII Supply and Procurement team, a leading forum for supply chain practitioners. Recognized for establishing efficient supply chain systems and infrastructure aligned with business growth objectives. He has a proven track record in developing end-to-end planning and innovative logistics models to optimize customer service.
